Terms and Conditions for Rhino Rides Mobile Auto Detailing Service

 

  1. Introduction

1.1 By using Rhino Rides Mobile Auto Detailing Service, hereinafter referred to as “Rhino Rides”, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact us directly at rhinoridesllc@gmail.com for resolution.

  1. Services

2.1 Rhino Rides offers mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related services.

2.2 All services are provided at the location specified by the client.

  1. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1 Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or other approved methods.

3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $25.00.

3.3 In the event of inclement weather, Rhino Rides reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for the safety of our team and the optimal quality of service.

3.4 Clients will be notified as early as possible if their appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather.

3.5 If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to inclement weather, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be applied.

3.6 Rhino Rides will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests caused by inclement weather without imposing additional charges.

  1. Pricing and Payments

4.1 The prices for our services are listed on our website, provided upon request, and summarized with the appointment confirmation sent to the client after each detail has been scheduled.

4.2 The prices listed on our website or provided upon request are estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle and the extent of detailing services required.

4.3 Upon arrival at the scheduled location, our team will assess the vehicle’s condition and inform the client of any necessary adjustments to the service cost.

4.4 The client has the right to decline any additional services or costs proposed after the initial assessment. However, the completion of the original requested services may be affected.

4.5 Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of additional services.

4.6 Payment is due at the completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, or other approved payment methods.

  1. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide access to a legal parking space with adequate lighting and space for our detailing services.

5.2 Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before the scheduled service.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

6.1 We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

  1. Liability

7.1 While we take utmost care in providing our services, Rhino Rides is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or its contents that may occur during the detailing process.

7.2 Clients are advised to inform our team of any pre-existing damage or concerns before the detailing service begins.

  1. Privacy Policy

8.1 We respect your privacy. Information collected during the provision of services will be used solely for the purpose of completing the service and will not be shared with third parties.

  1. Amendments

9.1 Rhino Rides reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

  1. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal channels.
